I paid but the stream says I need access

Sign in with the same email you used at checkout, then open the card from your account page. Access usually appears within a few seconds of paying.

Still locked out? Email support@example.com with the email on your receipt and the card you bought. During a live card someone is watching that inbox and can open your access by hand.

The stream is buffering

Refresh the page first. If it keeps stalling, switch from Wi-Fi to cellular or the other way round, and close other tabs that are streaming. Your replay is always available after the card, so you will not miss a fight.

Watching on a TV

Use AirPlay or Chromecast from the player controls on your phone or laptop.

Merch pickup

Pickup orders are held at the merch table at the next card. Bring your receipt email.
